Due to the current situation surrounding COVID-19 we’ve extended our UK returns period to 30 days and our international returns period to 40 days to ensure those following government guidance can still receive their refund.

To return your parcel, please use the following link and our step-by-step guide below: 

1. Click ‘Get Started’ and enter your order details.
2. Choose which items you’d like to return and select refund.
3. Confirm your contact details and select your nearest, most convenient drop-off point.
4. Some returns are chargeable so you may be taken to a payment stage.
5. Print your return label or download your QR code to scan in store.
